The College aims to tackle all complaints in a fair manner and shall strive to seek conciliatory resolution of complaints whilst upholding the confidentiality of the complainant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Academic-related Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grievances about decisions of award of grades or qualifications must be submitted in writing to the Head of\nthe respective School within The College. Submissions must be lodged within one\nmonth of receipt of results. The grievant may be required to submit additional\ninformation and to participate in a hearing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The school shall endeavor to resolve grievances in an objective manner\nand should the need arise, escalate the matter to The Board of Studies in order\nto evaluate complex cases and provide recommendations to The Principal \/ Head\nof College Network. The decision issued by The Principal \/ Head of College\nNetwork will be communicated to the grievant in writing and is considered to be\nfinal.
