Vocal Works by Bulgarian Composers
A concert of the Voice Department at the Malta School of Music featuring students from the classes of Dr Andriana Yordanova and Ms Miriam Cauchi performing songs by Bulgarian Composers accompanied by Ms Ramona Zammit Formosa, Ms Julia Miller, Ms Elaine Mercieca. In the programme we will hear works by Lyubomir Pipkov, Pantcho Vladigerov, Lyudmila Prokopova, Dimitart Petkov, Dobri Hristov, Georgy Zlatev-Cherkin, Parashkev Hadzhiev. A special guest of the evening will be Prof. PhD Emilia Kolarova from the National Academy of Music in Sofia, Bulgaria. She will take part in the concert with a talk about the Bulgarian Classical vpa.
The final programme will be announced soon. The concert will be presented in English language and translation of the texts will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
